I enjoyed my stay at Harbour Plaza Metropolis, but it was a mixed experience. while the location and staff were great, I did encounter some issues with the room cleanliness and maintenance. The facilities were decent, though some aspects could use a refresh.

I had a mixed experience at Harbour Plaza Metropolis in Hong Kong. The location is great, right next to a shopping center and close to public transportation. However, my initial check-in was marred by a rude receptionist, which really set a negative tone for my stay. While the room was clean and had decent amenities, I faced several issues that detracted from the overall experience, like slow service and room limitations.
