I enjoyed my stay at Harbour Plaza Metropolis, but it was a mixed experience. while the location and staff were great, I did encounter some issues with the room cleanliness and maintenance. The facilities were decent, though some aspects could use a refresh.

The room layout was good, especially having a separate kitchen area. however, there was a noticeable smell, and some rooms lacked the freshness I'd expect. The air conditioning was quite noisy, contributing to an overall dated feel in the room.

I had a mixed experience at Harbour Plaza Metropolis in Hong Kong. The location is great, right next to a shopping center and close to public transportation. However, my initial check-in was marred by a rude receptionist, which really set a negative tone for my stay.
